  3. How do I open an account?


  4. Step 1

    For customers and members, click Open An Account and fill out info. Don't forget to provide your username and password.

    Step 2 Just follow deposit instructions.
    Step 3

    Fax us back signed registration, disclaimer agreement, and copy of telegraphic transfer of deposit at
    (632) 813-0865. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as we get hold of required documents.

    Step 4

    Meanwhile, don't forget to send ORIGINAL signed customer registration forms via mail to:

  5. How do I modify/change email address/password?


  6. E-mail Address Call 2TradeAsia representatives regarding this matter.
    Change Password

    Click on Change Password? and you will be asked personal information for verification to enable you to modify/change your password. This facility is only provided for bonafide Customers, Members do not have the privilege to do so.

    Forgot your Password

    Click on Forgot your Password? during Log-in and you will be asked personal information for verification and your new password will be sent via your registered email.

  TRADING
  1. How do I modify an order?


  2. Step 1

    Cancel previous order. Your view order screen will prompt you "cancellation is being done." All unmatched orders will automatically disappear in your screen once cancellation is effected. In case of partially-matched orders, what will NOT be cancelled are partially matched shares.

    Please note that from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., cancellation of orders made at the Philippine Stock Exchange's main trading terminal is not allowed. Request for cancellation during this period will be entertained as soon as the market opens on first-come, first-served basis.
