  1. Customer(s) have to completely accomplish all required data fields in the Customer Registration Form before they can be considered as Customer(s) of 2TradeAsia.
  2. All Customer(s) are qualified as Cash Account.
  3. All securities purchased through 2TradeAsia will automatically be registered under the name of 2TradeAsia's parent company, Yapster e-Trade, Inc.
  4. Applications will only be accommodated and considered upon remittance of at least Twenty Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (P25,000) to Banco De Oro Account or Five Hundred U.S. Dollars (US$500)* to Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) to the account name of YAPSTER e-TRADE, INC.   For Account of Customer(s) Name

1. It is the Customer(s)'s responsibility to give the proper details of "For Account of Customer(s) name" so the amount can be credited accordingly. Be certain the name of the deposit slip matches with the Customer Name in the Customer Registration Form.

2. Customer(s) should keep the deposit slip in case of discrepancies.

3. Please note that Yapster e-Trade, Inc. does not accept money orders, personal checks coming from unknown bank and instrument specifically indicated payable or negotiable only in foreign countries.

After every deposit, Customer(s) should notify 2TradeAsia by e-mailing accounting@2tradeasia.com.

Copy of deposit slip should be faxed to us at (632) 813-0865 or emailed at accounting@2tradeasia.com in compliance with SEC regulation.

5. Before 2TradeAsia can process orders to purchase Philippine-listed securities, Customer's available funds in said account should be equal to, or greater than, the total purchase amount of the securities prior to trade.

6. All parties to 2TradeAsia account are of legal age.

7. The signature(s) affixed on the Customer Registration Form is/are correct and the official signature(s) of the named account may be used for verification of said signature(s) for all times and for all purposes.

8. Customer(s) are required to PRINT, SIGN and SEND BY MAIL Customer Registration Form and Disclaimer Agreement to:

9. Customer(s) accept that the Customer Registration Form is part of the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

10. Customer(s) agree that they have thouroughly read, understood and agree to all provisions stated under 2TradeAsia's Terms and Conditions Agreement.

11. This agreement shall take effect upon date of signing and shall continue to be in effect unless terminated by customers. 15 days prior written notice from Customer(s) is required to effect termination.

ACCESS USER NAME AND PASSWORD

12. It is the Customer(s)'s sole responsibility to keep their user name and password concealed. 2TradeAsia will not be responsible for any Unauthorized Access that might result from negligence on the part of the Customer(s), that can affect their stock and cash positions and all matters related to the secrecy of their accounts.

13. In case the Customer(s) forgets the password, 2TradeAsia reserves the right to refuse request for new password if Customer(s)'s identity has not been fully established.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

14. An Order Confirmation Notice will be e-mailed to the Customer(s) after every transaction. It is the Customer(s)'s responsibility to review all details in the Order Confirmation Notice within the trading day. All transactions will be considered binding if 2TradeAsia does not receive any objections within 48 hours after the Order Confirmation Notice has been sent. In all cases, 2TradeAsia reserves the right to determine the validity of Customer(s)'s objection on information contained in the Valid Order Confirmation Page.

15. Customer(s) are required to notify 2TradeAsia within 24 hours in case an instruction was made and no acceptable form of acknowledgment was received. 2TradeAsia officers, employees and representatives will not be liable to the Customer(s) in relation to any instruction(s) from Customer(s) that was not acknowledged / received by 2TradeAsia.
