How do I open an account?
  1. Go to https://ekyc.2tradeasia.com and click 'SIGN UP'
  2. Fill up the Online Registration Form and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)
  3. Read the Online Trading Agreement
  4. Take a photo of your 2 valid IDs and upload your signature
  5. Accomplish the Video-In-Person Verfication

Wait for our team's confirmation through email. You can view and download your application form at the end of the registration.

What is the minimum amount required to open an account?

The minimum initial deposit required is PHP 25,000.00 only.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?
  • Login to your 2TradeAsia's account
  • Go to the ‘MAIN’ tab on the left‑side panel, click on ‘LIMITS’, then select the ‘Withdrawal’ tab.
  • Fill-up the withdrawal form:
    • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
    • Select the bank where you’d like the funds to be deposited.

Note: Sale proceeds will be credited to the client’s bank account on a T+2 basis, which means two business days after the transaction date.

Can I deposit my stock certificate(s)?
For New Clients
  1. If the stock certificates you hold have a market value of P25,000 (compute the number of shares you hold and multiply this by the stock's closing price), you may deposit this in lieu of the P25,000 initial cash deposit.
  2. Deliver your PROPERLY ENDORSED/SIGNED stock certificate(s) and ORIGINALLY SIGNED SIGNATURE CARDS (click here to download) to our office at 18th Floor Lepanto Bldg. Paseo de Roxas Makati City
  3. Lodgment (Certificate Deposit) Fee:
    1. If transfer office is a bank, Php 100.00 per issue plus Php 20.00 per certificate.
    2. If transfer office is a non-bank, Php 112.00 per issue plus Php 22.40 per certificate.
    3. Process Fee Php 100.00
For Existing Clients

How do I change my password?
  1. Login to your 2TradeAsia's account
  2. Go to 'MAIN' tab and 'ACCOUNT INFO' click the 'PROFILE'
  3. Enter your current password in the Old Password box.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password box
  5. Confirm Password
What do I do if I forget my username/password
  1. On the home page of 2Tradeasia click the 'FORGOT USERNAME' or 'PASSWORD'
  2. Fill up the necessary fields and answer the security question, then click "Done".
  3. A new system generated password will be sent to your email address. You can then go to 'PROFILE' to change the password.
How do I change my email address, bank details and other personal information?

What types of stocks can I trade?

You can trade any stocks listed in the Philippine Stocks Exchange.

How to place an order?
  1. Login to your 2TradeAsia's account
  2. Go to 'TRADING' page
  3. Select if BUY or SELL
  4. Enter the order details.
  5. Click 'PREVIEW ORDER'
  6. Review your order and enter your password to confirm.
How to modify order?
  1. Login to your 2TradeAsia's account
  2. Go to 'TRADING' and click 'VIEW ORDER'
  3. Select the order you want to modify then click 'EDIT ORDER'
  4. Enter the order details.
  5. Click 'PREVIEW ORDER'
  6. Review your order and enter your password and click 'SEND ORDER' to confirm.
How to cancel my order?
  1. Login to your 2TradeAsia's account
  2. Go to 'TRADING' and click 'VIEW ORDER'
  3. Select the order you want to modify then click 'CANCEL ORDER'
  4. Enter your password then click 'CANCEL' to confirm
How to view my orders?
  1. Login to your 2TradeAsia's account
  2. Go to 'TRADING' and click 'VIEW ORDER'
  3. Click 'MATCHED' if you want to view your matched orders
  4. Click 'CANCELLED' if you want to view your cancelled orders
  5. Click 'REJECTED' if you want to view your rejected orders
What are the fees for Buying and Selling transactions?

For Buying:
